it seems like this is how RFAs work now. Every offseason there is a crop of RFAs who are all waiting for one another to try to see what the market is at.

Draisaitl, Wennberg, Pastrnak contracts can influence one another. once they are set, then guys Bennett, Horvat, Brown will have a better ball park idea too of what they can try to squeeze out of their teams

Beside the obvious curiosity of Hextall moving a top prospect and pick(s) for a guy approaching 29yrs old, I selfishly dislike this rumor, as I was in the house the night they drafted Sanheim. I loved the pick that night, and have been hopeful to see him crack the O&B line-up this year, so I could say I was there when.
